【ご購入規約】
ご注文確定をもって、下記の各事項（以下「本規約」といいます。）を内容とする売買契約が成立します。
つきましては、ご注文される前に、本規約をよく確認し、十分にご納得されてからご注文頂きますようお願い申し上げます。
記
1.商品の内容、数量、色、大きさ、代金、発送時期その他の売買条件は、お客様のご注文内容及び本規約に記載のとおりとします。
2.お客様がご注文ボタンをクリックされた場合、その時点でご注文が確定します。
ご注文が確定した後は、理由のいかんを問わず、お客様の都合によるキャンセル（売買契約の解除）、返品、交換等は一切できません。
3.商品をお届けしてもお客様が受領されずに、当該商品が弊社に返送された場合、返送後3ヶ月間は弊社にて保管し、お客様のご依頼があれば再配送（配送費はお客様負担）に応じます。
但し、当該3ヶ月の間にお客様が当該商品を受領しなかった場合、理由のいかんを問わず、当該期間の経過時点でお客様は当該商品に係る所有権を放棄したものとみなし、弊社の裁量により処分させて頂きます。
4.お客様は、ご注文が確定した後は、購入内容（サイズ、カラー、数量等)及びお届け先住所等の変更は一切できません。
ご注文確定後の商品の追加及びおまとめ配送（同梱発送）もできません。
5.弊社は、お客様の転居、移転その他理由のいかんに関わらず、ご注文時のお届け先住所以外の住所への商品の配送又は転送等はいたしません。
転居又は移転等のご予定がある場合には、配送までの期間も考慮し、ご注文の際には配送先住所をお間違えの無いようご注意ください。
なお、弊社は、お客様が転居又は移転等の事由により商品を受領できない場合でも、一切の責任を負いかねます。
6.お支払い方法はクレジットカードによる一括払いに限ります。
他の支払方法によるお支払いはできません。
7.購入量など販売に制限がある商品もございます。
制限を超えてのご購入が発覚した場合、理由のいかんを問わず、弊社は直ちにお客様との売買契約をキャンセルさせて頂きます。
8.ご注文確定後、お客様の本規約への違反が発覚した場合や、お客様が反社会的勢力であることが判明した場合、その他やむを得ない事由が認められる場合、弊社の判断にて、お客様との売買契約をキャンセルする場合があります。
その場合は配送料を差し引いた商品代金を返金させて頂きます。
※当商品はお一人様につき各種20点までとさせていただきます。
※ご注文の時点で、上記に同意したものとみなします。

【その他注意事項】
（１）ご購入は、WEBショップのみとさせていただきます。
お電話やメール等でのお取り置き・ご予約及び店頭での販売は承っておりません。
（２）お支払方法は、クレジットカード決済のみとさせて頂いております。
ご購入後のお客様都合による返金、また返品、返還、お取替え等は対応いたしません。
（３）お会計につきましては注文者ご本人様のみになり、代理購入でのお支払いは対応しておりません。
（４）Botを使用するなどマナー違反行為が多発した場合、販売を中止する可能性がございますので、御了承ください。
【配送につきまして】
発送は、準備が出来たものから順次発送させていただきます。
2023年11月中にご注文された方には2023年12月上旬頃より順次発送いたします。
2023年12月に入ってからご注文された方には2023年12月中旬頃より順次発送いたします。
配送料金は以下の通りとなります。
ベストをフラワーゴーウォークに加えて同時注文する場合、2100円の追加送料が加算されます。
※ショルダーストラップはフラワーゴーウォーク0.5個分として計算されます。
出荷になりましたら、トラッキングナンバーを商品購入時にお客様自身で設定されたメールアドレス宛に通知させていただきます。
お荷物の日時指定等は承れません。予めご了承の上、ご購入ください。
在庫切れの商品は、自動的にキャンセル処理をさせていただきます。
[Terms of Purchase]
Upon confirmation of an order, a sales agreement encompassing the following terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is established. Please therefore read these Terms carefully and fully agree to them before placing an order.
Terms
1. The contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other conditions of the product shall be as described in the customer's order and these Terms.
2. When the customer clicks on the Order button, the order is confirmed at that time.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (the sales agreement cannot be cancelled), returned, or exchanged by the customer for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is returned to us without being received by the customer after attempted delivery, we will keep the product for 3 months after the return and, upon the customer's request, will re-deliver the product (delivery costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not accept the product delivery within the said 3-month period, regardless of the reason, the customer shall be deemed to have relinquished ownership of the product at the end of the said period, and the product shall be disposed of at the discretion of the Company.
4.The customer may not make any changes to the details of the purchase (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address once the order is confirmed.
Once an order has been confirmed, no products can be added to the order, and multiple orders cannot be shipped together (no bundled shipment).
5. We will not deliver or forward products to an address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order, regardless of the customer's change of address, relocation, or any other reason.
If you are planning to move to a new address, please take delivery time into consideration and be sure to provide the correct address when placing your order.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any product that you are unable to receive due to relocation or other reasons.
6. Payment must be made in full by credit card.
Other payment methods are not accepted at this time.
7. Some products have restrictions on sales, such as quantity that can be purchased.
If we discover that you have placed an order in excess of such limits, we will immediately cancel the sales agreement with you, regardless of the reason.
8. We may, at our discretion, cancel the sales agreement with a customer if we discover a violation of these Terms by the customer after the order has been confirmed, if the customer is found to be an antisocial force, or if any other compelling reason is recognized.
In such cases, we will refund the price of the product minus the shipping costs.
*The purchase of this product is limited to 20 units per type per person.
*By placing your order, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms above.

[Delivery time]
The items will be shipped in the order that they become ready for delivery.
Orders placed in November 2023 will be shipped starting early December 2023 on a rolling basis.
Orders placed in early December 2023 will be shipped starting mid-December 2023on a rolling basis.
The order of delivery may differ from the numerical order of your order numbers.
We are unable to accommodate any delivery date and time requests.
