返金ポリシー

※お客様都合によるキャンセル、返品、交換等は承っておりません。
万が一、ご注文頂きました商品に、初期不良、発送後到着時までに生じた破損や商品違いがあった場合、７日間以内にShopify内お問い合わせフォームまで、ご連絡頂きますようお願い致します。有限会社カイカイキキにて返品・交換などが必要と判断した場合、ご連絡申し上げますので、それにしたがって、当社から指定致します宛先に着払い（現金のみ）にてご返品ください。商品（付属品やパッケージ等含み、すべて揃った状態をいいます）のご返品のない場合の返品・交換・キャンセル等は承っておりません。

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer reasons.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is initially defective, or has been damaged or misplaced by the time it arrives after it has been shipped, please contact us within 7 days via our Shopify contact form. If Kaikai Kiki, Inc. determines that a return or exchange is necessary, we will contact you and ask that you return the item(s) to the address specified by us with cash on delivery (cash only). We will not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations without the return of the product (including all accessories and packaging).
