【Purchase Agreement】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales contract will be concluded between you and our company, containing the following provisions (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").
Therefore, please carefully review and fully understand this Agreement before placing your order.

If this Agreement is translated into a language other than Japanese, the translated version is for reference only, and the official original text shall be the Japanese version. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and the translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Note
1. The contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other terms of sale for the product shall be as described in your order details and this Agreement.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that time.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience are not permitted for any reason.
3. If a product is returned to our company because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for 3 months after its return, and
will re-deliver it upon customer request (shipping fees to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer fails to receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
the customer shall be deemed to have abandoned ownership of the product upon expiration of that period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where purchased products are returned to our company due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons, and our company deems it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, we will reuse the exterior packaging. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address for any reason.
Adding items to an order or combining multiple orders for shipping (combined shipping) is also not permitted after order confirmation.
6. Our company will not deliver or transfer products to any address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order, regardless of customer relocation, moving, or any other reason.
If you have plans to relocate or move, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that our company assumes no responsibility if you are unable to receive the product due to relocation or moving.
7. Payment methods are limited to a single lump-sum credit card payment. Payment by other methods is not accepted.
8. Some products may have purchase limits on quantity or other restrictions.
If a purchase exceeding these limits is detected, our company reserves the right to immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if there are other unavoidable circumstances, our company may cancel the sales contract with the customer at its discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price after deducting the shipping fee.
