【Purchase Agreement】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement is established between you and our company, the content of which is as specified in the following items (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").
Therefore, please carefully review and fully understand this Agreement before placing your order.
If this Agreement is translated into any language other than Japanese, the translated version is for reference only, and the official original text shall be the Japanese version. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and the translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Details
1. The product content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other terms of sale shall be as stated in your order details and this Agreement.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that time.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason.
3. If a product is returned to our company because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for 3 months after its return, and
we will reship it upon customer request (shipping fees will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for any damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the outer packaging and packing materials may be reused.
5. After an order is confirmed, customers cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding products or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or other reasons, we will not ship or forward products to an address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order.
If you have plans to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure there are no errors in your shipping address when placing your order.
Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to a single lump-sum payment by credit card. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity limits.
If it is discovered that purchases have exceeded the restrictions, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a customer's violation of this Agreement is discovered after the order is confirmed, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price after deducting shipping costs.
