【Purchase Agreement】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales agreement will be concluded between you and our company, the contents of which are specified in the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please carefully review these Terms and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.

If these Terms are translated into a language other than Japanese, the translated version is for reference only, and the official original text shall be the Japanese version. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and a translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Details
1. The product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience are not permitted for any reason.
3. If a product is returned to us because it was not received by the customer, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
Upon request from the customer, we will reship the product (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer fails to receive the product within the said 3 months, for any reason,
the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect for damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the exterior and packaging will be reused.
5. After an order is confirmed, customers cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding items to an order or consolidating shipments after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of customer relocation, transfer, or other reasons, we will not deliver or forward products to an address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order.
If you plan to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible if the customer cannot receive the product due to relocation or transfer.
7. Payment methods are limited to one-time credit card payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity limits.
If a purchase exceeding the limit is discovered, we will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a customer's violation of these Terms is discovered after order confirmation, or if a customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
