【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales contract will be formed between you and us, the contents of which are stipulated in the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please carefully review these Terms and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
If these Terms are translated into a language other than Japanese, the translated version is for reference only, and the official original text shall be the Japanese version. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Japanese version and the translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for 3 months after its return,
and will re-ship it upon the customer's request (shipping costs borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3-month period, regardless of the reason,
the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the outer packaging will be reused.
5. After an order is confirmed, customers cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or shipping address whatsoever.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of reasons such as customer relocation or moving, we will not ship or forward products to an address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order.
If you have plans to relocate or move, please consider the shipping period and ensure the correct shipping address is provided when placing your order.
Please note that we shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, moving, or any similar reason.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Payment by any other method is not possible.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase limits.
If a purchase exceeding the limit is discovered, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, or if it is found that the customer is associated with anti-social forces,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
